FAQs

Firstly, you’ll need to decide whether you’d like a 3-, 6- or 12-month subscription. You’ll then need to choose whether you’d like to opt for a Standard, Deluxe or Luxury subscription.

Once you’ve selected your subscription length/type and filled out your details, simply select the date you’d like your first bouquet to be delivered at checkout, we will then contact you to confirm your remaining delivery dates.

All our bouquets are carefully crafted using the finest flowers, sourced directly from leading wholesalers and growers; carefully arranged and bursting with seasonal flowers, no matter which bouquet you opt for, you can expect a discerning arrangement of quality flowers, created especially for you.

Standard, Deluxe and Luxury are simply terms we use to describe the overall cost (and therefore size) of an individual bouquet, e.g. Standard - £40.00, Deluxe - £60.00, Luxury - £80.00.

We will deliver your blooms in either kraft paper or our signature kraft box packaging. Alternatively, if you have a vase that you’d like us to arrange and deliver your flowers in, then please let us know.

Caring for your flowers ensures that you can enjoy them for as long as possible as they bloom.

It is vital that flowers are re-cut before being placed in water.

If flowers are not re-cut, they cannot take essential water and nutrients up their stem and will eventually wilt and fade.

Here are some simple steps to follow once you receive your flowers -

If your flowers are delivered in paper:

- Remove and recycle the paper wrappings, leaving the bouquet tied.

- Carefully re-cut your flowers on a sharp angle and place in a vase of cool, clean water.

- Place flowers in a draught free spot, away from direct heat and out of direct sunlight.

If your flowers are delivered in a kraft box:

- Once you are ready to transfer your flowers to a vase, remove your flowers from the box and fill a vase with cool, clean water.

- Re-cut your flowers on a sharp angle and place in vase, ensuring that the vase is regularly topped up with water. Refresh water every few days.

- Place flowers in a draught free spot, away from direct heat and out of direct sunlight.

If your flowers are delivered in a vase:

- Choose a draught free spot to enjoy your flowers, ideally away from sources of heat and out of direct sunlight.

- Ensure water level is regularly topped up, refreshing the water every few days.
